- Do not “Bag” masonry.
- Do not allow masonry to become stained
- Do not complete second fix before masonry is tinted
- Do not attempt to pressure clean the masonry before obtaining advice.
- Use consistent coloured mortar
- Mortar joint must be full and laid to face brick quality
- Blend bricks or blocks from at least four packs
- Discard any discolored, or badly damaged units.
- Masonry should be brushed and cleaned, at normal rake out stage, to remove all mortar smears and fill any unfilled joints.
- Masonry laid according to these instructions will not require pressure cleaning.
